Project Naya Savera, a CSR initiative by State Bank of India, aims to address the lack of awareness and stigma surrounding menstruation among school-going adolescents in Meerut. The project's objectives include creating a non-judgmental space for open communication, debunking myths, and equipping both boys and girls with accurate knowledge about menstruation and puberty.

A team of Menstrual and Adolescent Health Mentors was trained to conduct interactive workshops in selected schools. The training sessions involved body mapping exercises, discussions on adolescent health, and demonstrations of menstrual products.

The participants were motivated and actively engaged in myth-busting activities. The project showed promising progress, with 15 participants selected as Mentors and provided with training kits and manuals to bring about behavior change in society.
