On the account of international women’s day, Sachhi Saheli organised a sensitization-cum-capacity building training workshop on 9th March 2021. The training workshop provided an opportunity to the beneficiaries to learn about their reproductive and menstrual health issues and aided in building their capacity to deal with hygiene related issues in a better and effective way. Dr. Surbhi Singh, along with Ms. Shahnaz Bano and Ms. Ila Srivastava took the session with 15 women. The interactive session also brought into discussion some daily life issues of beneficiaries relating to people’s mindsets, attitude and rituals.

On the 8th anniversary of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 on 9th December 2021, THDC Rishikesh organized a two-day workshop for their employees in various units on the same topic. The workshop was conducted and facilitated by Sachhi Saheli educators
