In 2017- 2018, Sachhi Saheli in association with the Health and Medical Services of Dadra and Nagar Haveli had trained Menstrual Health Master Trainers under the one of its kind schemes called UMANG. This scheme was aimed at providing access to sanitary napkins and proper knowledge and Education on menstruation to eliminate the stigma around the process.

The beneficiaries of this scheme were all menstruating girls and women in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. In the course of these 2 years, Sachhi Saheli trained 24 master trainers and conducted sensitization workshops for ANMs, Asha Workers, Aangandawi workers, Teachers, Students and industrial workers.
